HOW TO PURCHASE A SERVICE FROM OUR WEBSITE?

The client must enter their personal details on the website—such as name and surname, passport number, email address, and telephone number, among others—in order to successfully register.

SELECT THE PRODUCT
After registering, you can access the booking menu, where you select the desired service. Next, choose your preferred service details, such as Destination, Pick-up Location, Drop-off Location, Commercial Vehicle Category, Pick-up Date, and Drop-off Date, and then click the BOOK NOW option.

REQUEST THE SERVICE
The system checks the availability of the selected category and if it exists, the customer can access it to make the payment.

Once availability has been confirmed, proceed to make the payment using the designated payment gateways.

Can I receive a different car model than the one I reserved?
Yes. Piamontes guarantees the reserved car category, not a specific make or model. You may receive a similar vehicle within the same category, or a higher-class one if none are available.
What does the price in the offers mean when it says "From $60 USD," for example?
- Rental prices may vary depending on the tourist season, car category, rental period, and service type.
- The prices shown in that format represent the lowest possible price for the service.
What's included in the car rental price?
The rental price shown includes: the daily rental rate, liability insurance, fuel, and the airport pick-up fee. It does not include other payments you must make at the start of the rental, such as an additional driver or a drop-off fee.
Can I pay for car rental in full or in part in cash?
No. All payments are made electronically using credit or debit cards valid in the country, regardless of how the reservation was made.
Can I reserve a car without completing the payment?
No. If you are unable to complete the payment for your reservation, it will never be confirmed.
